As an experienced realtor, I’m committed to helping you find just the right home for you and your family. My job is to make buying your new house as easy and pleasant for you as it can possibly be. Here’s what to expect when you come to me looking for a new house.

Determining Your Needs

The first time we meet I’ll have a lot of questions for you. We’ll sit down together and discuss your needs, from the number of bedrooms to how far it is to the nearest school or mall. The DC area real estate market can cater to almost any needs that you have. The more I know about your ideal home, the easier it will be to find exactly what you want.

Assessing Your Possibilities

One of the biggest determining factors in ‘the right house’ is price. If you haven’t already done it, I’ll help you work out how much you can afford to pay for your new home based on your income and expenses. Once you know that, we can start looking at area real estate that fits your needs and your budget possibilities.

Providing Access to the Mulitiple Listing Service

I have access to the MLS for the broadest range of choices available to any realtor. Your choices aren’t confined to only the houses that I represent.

Helping You Find Just The Right House

When we find a house that you’d like to look at, I’ll go with you to see it, and be available to answer any questions you might have. I can tell you about the neighborhood, the services you’ll find there and anything you should know about the house itself.

Assisting You With Finding Financing

Not sure about your financing options? I deal with them every day. If you need it, I can explain the different financing options available to you, and help you choose the ones that best suit your budget and circumstances.

Making Your Dream a Reality

Once you find your dream house, you don’t want to lose it on a technicality. I’ll guide you through the legalities to make sure that all the Ts are crossed and Is are dotted properly and on time.
